The following 5 photo wallpapers of brown bears have been taken at the famous Baerengraben, fosse of the bears, in Berne, Switzerland. The bear is the heraldic figure of the city of Berne and of the Canton of Berne. A Baerengraben does exist in Bern at least since 1441. The present fosse of the bears has been built in 1857. A radical change will take place in 2009 with a baerenpark offering much more place and a possibility for the bears to bath in the river Aare.
