There are so much people looking for 3D wallpapers and what is worse, there are so much websites pretending to have 3D wallpapers, when indeed all they have, are just some nice images produced by ray-tracing showing some kind of perspective. The same perspective as any photograph does show. Does that mean that every photograph is a 3D image ? Nope, sorry. A real 3D wallpaper, that earns the name 3D, would be a stereoscopic image. And you would need special spectacles, e.g. those with a green and red eye, to see the depth, the 3rd dimension.
99% of the alleged 3D wallpapers on the internet are not 3D. But people like to be stupid. |
