The following 21 photos have been taken partly at Huningue, France and partly at Weil am Rhein, Germany in November 2006.

The photos show the installation of the footbridge 'Passerelle des Trois Pays', on the river Rhine between Huningue, France and Weil am Rhein, Germany. The footbridge has been constructed off site, in the port of Huningue and has a length of approximately 240 meters. On Sunday 12 November 2006, the two barges carrying the footbridge have moved a few hundred meters upstream to the definitive location of the bridge.

The location is near the 'Coin des 3 frontières' the corner of the 3 borders where France, Germany and Switzerland meet.
